A buoyancy lifejacket reduces the risk of drowning, but it doesn’t guarantee your life will be saved.
IZEBER floating system men's warm and buoyant life vest - Black
Sailing product manager
"The Izeber life vest is a product that combines two major needs of sailors: Safety (float without the need to inflate - 50N buoyancy vest, complies with the 12402-5 standard). Thermal insulation (windproof and water repellent exterior component, filling that provides warmth). Reversible and practical, it can be worn on the orange side to enhance visibility, or on the blue or black side to be more discreet, before and after sailing."

Bought for husband who was very impressed with the fit, he wore it on a warm day and expected to over heat with it on and was very impressed when he did not.

neck line is too high and restrictive an irritating aspect I cannot ignore, would not recommend to use sailing a dinghy. You will want to tuck it in as its so stiff.
Do not confuse a life jacket with a buoyancy vest. The latter only helps with buoyancy and requires the user to be able to swim, while life jackets allow an individual to be turned over onto their back, so they can breathe if found unconscious.
To choose your sailing outfit (dinghy or catamaran), you should take the weather conditions into account.
