Choosing the right shape of swimsuit to suit your body shape

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SHAPE OF SWIMSUIT TO SUIT YOUR BODY SHAPE

Inverted pyramid shape

You have wide shoulders, small hips and a small bottom. Your shape is quite slender and athletic.

All shapes of swimsuit will look good on you, but you should accentuate your femininity:

- If you choose a 1-piece swimsuit, make sure it has a nice V-shaped neckline;

- If you choose a 2-piece swimsuit, take a half-cup top with foam inserts, well-padded for increased curve, or a triangle shaped one with thin straps or alternatively a bandeau style. For the bottom, boxer shorts or a close fitting style, classic or low waist, will be perfect to give you a balanced shape.

You can also complete your outfit with a pretty short skirt or a sarong that matches your swimsuit.

Rectangular body shape

You are slim, your shoulders and hips are the same width, and your waist is not very pronounced. You are quite tall and slender.
